John- from Mansolf Plumbing & Heating - was absolutely amazing for an emergency with my oil boiler. I’m a new home owner and on new year’s eve my boiler just stopped working. I called multiple companies who either didn’t want to touch an oil boiler or because I wasn’t a client on a plan wouldn’t even talk to me and told me to call back after the holiday- or would schedule me after the holiday for a very high price which only covered someone coming out and diagnosing nothing else.
John was amazing, he reached out on New Year’s Day with availability to come help me out. He was on time, courteous, and very up front with pricing which I appreciated (and was very reasonable) He checked everything and stayed all day till the boiler was up and running again. Through out the process he kept me informed & talked to me before doing anything and about the price. He also offered other solutions/tests first before having to a do something that would cost more. He was very kind & didn’t mind explaining things to me and how everything worked. I know nothing about boilers and he was able to walk me through everything so I understood what was going on. He also gave me tips on what to look out for, and some knowledge about my oil tank & the filter I didn’t know.
I couldn’t recommend Mansolf Plumbing & Heating enough, especially in emergency situations. John, we cannot thank you enough for everything!

John Mansolf and his son Chris are amazing. I live in a manufactured home and it is hard to find good plumbers that know these types of homes. I needed to have my older pipes changed so I was get more hot water. They were on time and did not do any work without a full invoice first. No surprises. They did the work in a timely manner and came on time. Now I have all the hot water I need. In addition this past winter a part of my pipes froze and they came immediately to check what was going on. I will use them for ALL my plumbing needs.
